This section centralizes the official guidelines for preparing and submitting full papers and scientific posters through Microsoft CMT.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

These are the author guidelines for submitting contributions to ICLSET 2026.

  • Each contribution must be associated with one of the three official conference tracks.
  • Authors must use an active Microsoft CMT account to submit and track their work.
  • At least one author of each accepted work must register and present the contribution in the assigned modality.
  • Contributions must be original and follow standards for academic ethics, citation, and plagiarism prevention.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

These are the guidelines for preparing the file and completing the submission in CMT.

  • Full papers: 8 to 12 pages using the official conference template.
  • Scientific posters: two-page contribution and poster for the academic fair.
  • The initial file must be anonymized for double-blind review, with no names, affiliations, or identifying acknowledgments.
  • Technology track submissions must be submitted as PDF files and written in English.
  • One submission per contribution is accepted in the CMT platform within the official published deadline.

  • Submissions must be sent through the official site https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICLSET2026/ in Microsoft CMT.
  • Submissions are not accepted by email or through platforms other than Microsoft CMT.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Author workflow in the official ICLSET 2026 site in CMT.

  • Create or verify a personal Microsoft CMT account before starting the submission.
  • Prepare the anonymized PDF and select the corresponding track during submission.
  • Complete the metadata requested by CMT and confirm that the uploaded file is the review version.
  • Keep the contribution identifier for tracking, review, and notifications.

Authors must have a CMT account. The account guide and author submission workflow are linked as operational references.
